This platform lets ISKCON Windsor create unlimited events, accept online registrations and donations, manage volunteers and vendors, issue printable passes, send branded confirmation emails, and analyse participation — all from one place.
📝 Registering for an Event

After registering, an account is automatically created for you. Log in at portal.php using your email. Use the Forgot Password link to set a password the first time.
Inside your portal you can:
- See all your registrations across every event
- View and print your invoices
- Add more services to a pending registration
- Register for new upcoming events in one click
- Donate to support the temple
🧾 Invoices & Payments
Every registration generates an invoice. For free registrations it simply confirms your attendance. For paid services it lists each item, the total, and your payment status.
If you chose "Pay at Counter", bring your booking number to the venue. If you chose "Pay Online", you can complete payment any time from the invoice page.
💛 Making a Donation
You can donate during registration (select the Donation service and enter any amount) or any time from your devotee portal using the Donate Now button. Every contribution supports prasadam distribution, Deity worship, and community programs.
🤝 Volunteer & Vendor Signup
Want to offer your seva or set up a stall? On the login page and event pages you'll find:
- Volunteer Signup — choose a role/shift, add a photo for your pass
- Vendor Application — pick a booth type, list your products, pay the booth fee
Once approved, you'll get a printable pass with a QR code and ID number for entry.
